A BMX bike is a lot different from that of a mountain bike or any other kind of bicycle. BMX bikes are basically considered as the official bicycle for bike motocross. Bike Motocross have started approximately three decades ago. Today it became one of the most interested sports for professional and past time players as it could be a good exercise as well. During the first years of bike motocross, old school bikes were used as the racing bikes but today there are a lot of best BMX bikes you can choose from.

You can see a lot of difference of a standard bicycle compared to a BMX bike. First is the wheel. BMX bikes have larger tires compared to the typical bikes, approximately 20 inches in measurement. Moreover, BMX tires are way lighter compared to standard bicycles to make it a lot easier to be maneuvered. Yet, despite the weight, BMX bikes are built strong enough to stand the exhibitions.

Yoga gives benefits to man at all ages. In fact it is said the earlier you start the better it is for you. In many western countries and in India parents are choosing bikram yoga to keep their kid as healthy as they can. Yoga for kids is different from yoga prescribed for adults. It is obviously more simple and easy for the little ones. Later postures keep getting difficult with time and age. To start with teach your kid some simple breathing exercises to keep him/ her fresh throughout the day. Gradually with time you could start teaching some postures and guide them. Also consider the age of your kid. Remember that all types of yoga are not for all age groups. Accordingly each age group is prescribed specific postures. Children of that age should practice only those postures and none else. You must teach them the right intensity.
